Publication ethics and malpractice statement of our journal adapted and based on guidelines provided by Committee on publication ethics (COPE) (http://publicationethics.org/ resources/code-conduct.

Responsibility of Editor:
The main responsibility of EIC of International Journal of Pharma research and health sciences is for selection and publication of each manuscript based on recommendation by independent reviewer panel. The decision taken by EIC mainly guided by journal policy with sufficient legal requirement.
The EIC look after the evaluation of submitted manuscript should not be biased and should be evaluated based on originality and right intellectual.
The Editor and editorial staff should play confidential and must not disclose any information about a manuscript which is submitted to the journal to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate. The editor must ensure the integrity of double-blind peer-review and should not disclose the identity of the reviewers to the authors of that manuscript, and vice versa.
The responsibilities for our editors are to strive to meet the needs of readers and authors, strive to constantly improve their journal, have processes in place to assure the quality of the material they publish, champion freedom of expression, and maintain the integrity of the academic record. Our Editors ensures that all published reports and reviews of research have been reviewed by suitably qualified reviewers (including statistical review where appropriate) ensuring that non-peer-reviewed sections of their journal are clearly identified adopting processes that encourage accuracy, completeness and clarity of research reporting including technical editing and the use of appropriate guidelines and checklists.
We are considering developing a transparency policy to encourage maximum disclosure about the provenance of non-research articles. We adopt authorship or contributor ship systems that promote good practice (i.e. so that listings accurately reflect who did the work) and discourage misconduct (e.g. ghost and guest authors) informing readers about steps taken to ensure that submissions from members of the journal’s staff or editorial board receive an objective and unbiased evaluation.

Responsibility of Reviewer:
Reviewer help to editor in making final decision and also help authors to improve the quality of drafting and finding in manuscript with proper guidance. The review and reporting of article depends on the qualification and subject expertisation. If the provided manuscript fall beyond the scope and expertise, the reviweres should inform immediately to EIC.
Peer reviewer should agree to review manuscripts for which they have the subject expertise required to carry out a proper assessment and which they can assess in a timely manner.
They should respect the confidentiality of peer review and not reveal any details of a manuscript or its review, during or after the peer-review process, beyond those that are released by the journal. The information obtained during the peer-review process for their own or any other person’s or organization’s advantage, or to disadvantage or discredits others. We declare the potential conflicting interests, seeking advice from the journal if unsure whether something constitutes a relevant interest.
It is not allow our reviews to be influenced by the origins of a manuscript, by the nationality, religious or political beliefs, gender or other characteristics of the authors, or by commercial considerations.
Reviewers should not review manuscripts in which they find conflicts of interest and connections with any of the authors, companies, or institutions connected to the papers.
The reviewer should not place any criticism for the author or his research work while reviewing.
It is the duty of reviewer to provide information and suggestion with sufficient reason and clarificaton to EIC while making the decision.
The works submitted in our journal are subjected to rigorous double bilnd peer review by expert reviewers. We also assure that peer review is largely a reciprocal endeavour and undertake to carry out fair share of reviewing and in a timely manner.

Responsibility of Author:
Authors of original work must present accurate data and information while studying in their work. It is the duty of author to provide the discussion, concept and originality of work. It is expected from authors to provide the relevant work so far published earlier.
During review process it may be asked to provided some additional information such as rawdata, images and videos etc.
Authors sholud ensure the originality of work. Incase, if authors took the help of other work and information proper citation sholud be provided.
The corresponding author is the person who hold the responsibility for all communication. Only the contributors who have made a significant contribution design, execution, interpretation of the reported study, should be titled as author.
It is the responsibility of editorial office (IJPRHS) to check and screen for plagiarism. In case on arrising the duplicacy and plagiarism the manuscript will be rejected immediately, and declaration will be placed. If the plagiarism is proven after publication, such manuscript will be retracted from the journal. Depending on situation and seriousness the information may be shared with the place of work, funding agency and partner.
Authors should provide the proper acknowledgment for their work. It must disclose the financial support, funding agency and conflict of interest while submitting the manuscript.

Responsibility for Journal Publisher (Pharmahealthsciences Scientific House)
We have transparent relationship between publisher, editor and other parties in a contract. Respect privacy (for example, for research participants, for authors, for peer reviewers).
We committed to protect intellectual property and copyright. We works in close co-operation with the editors and peer reviewers in to maintain the editorial independence, and to guarantee transparency and integrity in peer-review process.Our Editor ensure to establish the mechanism for monitoring and safeguarding of publishing ethics. All the complaint received from the reviewers or authors are taken into the proper consideration and an appropriate action are taken promptly for such complaints and maintaining the discipline.
The published articles will be retracted if there is clear evidence that the findings are unreliable, violation of ethics and scientific misconduct. We follow the guidelines and suggestion of COPE (Click here).
To avoid withdrawal of articles our editorial suggest the corresponding author to undertake the issues related to authorship, publication ethics and accurateness of data and results at the time of submission of manuscript
Certificate:
The submission of manuscript entitled "{Title of Article}" for Research Paper has not been previously published nor had it before sent to another journal for consideration. The publication has been approved by all co-authors, as well as by the authorities at the institute where the work has been carried out; and when the manuscript is accepted for publication, we agree to transfer all copyright to the publisher; the manuscript will not be publish elsewhere in any language without the consent of the copyright holders.

Protection of Human and Animals in Research
While submitting the report for experiments on human subjects, authors should indicate whether the procedures followed were in accordance with the ethical standards of the responsible committee on human experimentation (institutional and national) and with the Helsinki Declaration of 1975, as revised in 2000. Meanwhile, reporting experiments on animals, authors should indicate whether the institutional and national guide for the care and use of laboratory animals was followed. Authors should provide the detail of conflict of interest, detail of source of funding.
